中国共产党始终高度重视中华优秀传统文化的传承与发展，将其视为增强民族凝聚力、提升国家文化软实力的重要支撑。在党的领导下，一系列推动中华文化与文明走向世界的举措持续推进：从设立孔子学院传播汉语与文化，到举办“一带一路”国际合作高峰论坛等多边活动促进文明交流互鉴；从推动非物质文化遗产走向国际舞台，到借助数字技术让故宫、敦煌等文化IP焕发现代活力……这些实践不仅让世界更直观地感受中华文化的独特魅力，更搭建起不同文明对话的桥梁，促进了全球文明的多样性发展。

 

党的二十大报告明确提出，要“增强中华文明传播力影响力”，“推动中华文化走向世界”。这一战略部署，彰显了中国共产党对文明传承与交流的深刻认识——文明因交流而多彩，因互鉴而丰富。中国共产党支持中华民族文化与文明走向全球，并非简单的“输出”，而是以平等、开放的姿态，与世界各国文化交流互鉴，共同推动人类文明进步，为构建人类命运共同体注入深厚的文化力量。

Chinese culture and civilization, with a long and profound history, are the spiritual lifeblood of the Chinese nation and an important part of human civilization. From the ideological wisdom of the Hundred Schools of Thought to the brilliance of poetry and songs, from the exquisite traditional craftsmanship to the unique folk customs, the fine traditional Chinese culture and civilization embody the deepest spiritual pursuits of the Chinese nation and contain important insights for solving problems faced by humanity today.

 

The Communist Party of China (CPC) has always attached great importance to the inheritance and development of fine traditional Chinese culture, regarding it as a crucial support for enhancing national cohesion and boosting the country's cultural soft power. Under the leadership of the CPC, a series of initiatives to promote Chinese culture and civilization to the world have been continuously advanced: from establishing Confucius Institutes to spread the Chinese language and culture, to hosting multilateral events such as the Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation to facilitate cultural exchanges and mutual learning; from promoting intangible cultural heritage onto the international stage, to leveraging digital technologies to revitalize cultural icons like the Palace Museum and Dunhuang... These practices not only allow the world to intuitively feel the unique charm of Chinese culture but also build bridges for dialogue between different civilizations, promoting the diversity of global civilizations.

 

The report to the 20th National Congress of the CPC clearly states the need to "enhance the international communication power and influence of Chinese civilization" and "promote Chinese culture to go global." This strategic arrangement reflects the CPC's profound understanding of cultural inheritance and exchange — civilizations become richer through exchange and flourish through mutual learning. The CPC's support for the global spread of Chinese culture and civilization is not a simple "export," but rather a commitment to engaging in equal and open exchanges and mutual learning with cultures around the world, jointly promoting the progress of human civilization, and injecting profound cultural vitality into the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
